My name is Celeste and I am a yoga teacher and personal trainer. I am a very creative and imaginative person and for this reason my classes are always different, I like to explore the wonder and potential of the body.
My classes always start with breathing exercises (pranayama) and then move on to physical practice (practice of asanas). I like to create flows where the asanas intertwine and link in a harmonious and balanced way. As a personal trainer I never leave out the work on strength and I always integrate specific sequences for the core and, depending on the focus of the class, for the upper or lower body.
My classes can be broken down into two categories: gentle flow and flexibility / strength flow.
- Gentle flow is an ideal practice for beginners, but also for more experienced yogis. The pace of the class is slower, the attention remains on breathing and on the sensations that the body communicates to us.
- Flexibility / strength flow are more dynamic practices which, depending on the objective or theme of the class, focus on strengthening and / or flexibility.
