To find balance in the body we must find balance in the mind, and vice versa. The body and the mind are connected.
Through visualisation, guided meditation, sound headling and through the asana practice, I’ll help you reconnect, notice your anchors to stay grounded.
Allow yourself to embody your creativity. Move and think freely. Vinyasa links movement and breath together. This connection creates fluidity.
I use sound and music to help you reach that flow state. I teach most of my classes in a 4beat style, where you can synchronise your breath with a steady beat.
Being a yogi is being an activist. The strong values we learn as yogis apply to every aspect of our life, on and off the mat.
I invite you to ignite your internal fire – your agni – and take concrete actions to demonstrate those values in your everyday life; in the way you think about yourself, and in the way you interact with others & the world around you. Change comes from within.
We can’t pour from an empty cup. I hold space for you so you can take the time to look after yourself and set your own boundaries. This is the key to a balanced heart, one that has enough to give, and can as well protect itself.
Disconnect from what doesn’t serve you to reconnect with yourself. Tune in, open your heart, trust your intuition — your emotional mind — come back to the breath and listen to your body.
I’m trained and certified in ashtanga vinyasa, mandala vinyasa, rocket, 4beat and yin yoga. I teach in-person classes in studios in London and online classes all over the world, both in french and in english.
